Reservations

Cancellation Policy:

24 hour notice is required for all reservations with the exceptions of “promotional specials” where detailed cancellation policy is listed.

For all Online Travel Agents (OTA) bookings – cancellations as outlined on their sites apply.

Credit cards are required to secure a reservation on line. Phone reservations may be held without a credit card for arrivals prior to 6:00 pm.

Credit card must be present at check in. If a OTA reservation – credit cards still required for an authorization. For any third party transactions, arrangements must be made prior to check in with the Front Desk (faxed authorizations must be already provided and on file).

Guests paying by alternative methods of cash or debit card to are subject to a $200.00 deposit in addition to rooms charges. Government issue picture identification is required for the rental of all rooms and a separate policy applies to all local residents.
